STEP 1

CONSULT

All bespoke orders start with a conversation!  You may have an idea in your head, or maybe you need some guidance through options.  Either way, we can talk you through the possibilities when we meet with you.  We will show you images of previous bespoke projects as well as pieces from our collections so that we have a clear idea of your style and what you would like.

Brainstorming

STEP 2

BRAINSTORM

Once you have submitted a request, we will contact you to discuss the various possibilities, taking your style, ideas and budget into account.  We will discuss the feasibility of the idea, recommend styles we think might suit you, and if we feel an idea won’t work, we will offer an alternative design that you may love even more.

Jewelry Sketches

STEP 3

DESIGN

We may be able to sketch a rough design and show you samples of similar work. When we have created samples, we will contact you for feedback. We will work with you to bounce ideas and designs back and forth until you are completely happy with the choice.

STEP 4

QUOTE

Throughout the consultation and brainstorming process we will discuss budget and material options. We will always confirm the quote with you before starting any work so that there are no surprises, and we keep you informed every step of the way.  We have an option for a payment plan to break the payment up into multiple instalments. This can be discussed during consultation.
