Returns Policy

14-Day Returns for Refund or Exchange

We work hard to ensure that every customer is as happy wearing their piece as we were to make them. However, we understand that sometimes you can change your mind. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the piece for a full refund. All returned jewellery must be in its original condition, including the complimentary jewellery box. For returns due to change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. No original postage costs will be refunded.

Exceptions

Unless there is a defect with the item, we cannot accept return of customised jewellery including:

  • Custom orders

  • Earrings

  • Pieces that have been personalised with engraving

  • Rings, all rings are made to order to customer specified size, as such they are considered a custom order and are excluded from our return policy.

Dealing with Defects

We work with only the finest materials and enforce the highest standard of craftsmanship when creating your pieces. Each product goes through rigorous testing before being dispatched. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective, we will issue a full refund, repair or replacement and we will cover the cost of returning the jewellery to us.

 

What do I do if my piece doesn't fit?

If your ring doesn’t fit as you would like, we will resize your ring up or down one size, free of charge. Your piece must be returned to us in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for all postage related costs. 

 

Due to the nature of pieces, we may not be able to resize the following:

  • Items that have been engraved on the inside

  • Rings with a pattern encompassing the entire band
