Does Arnua handcraft every piece in Ireland?Yes, every single piece is designed and made in our studio workshop in Dublin, Ireland. We use only the highest grade locally sourced materials to give you the finest quality and most detailed pieces of jewellery you will ever own. Every piece is hallmarked in the Irish assay office in Dublin Castle and stamped 'Made in Ireland' to ensure authenticity.

When will my order ship?We work tirelessly to get your order created and shipped as quickly as possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, it takes between 3 and 10 business days to prepare your order for dispatch. What payment methods are accepted?Payments can be processed through PayPal or Stripe using all major credit / debit cards. PayPal If you have a PayPal account you can login at checkout or you can checkout as guest using all major credit cards. PayPal is the safest most secure way to pay online. Stripe Stripe is a secure online payment method used in over 25 countries throughout the world by over 100,000 businesses accepting all major credit / debit cards. You simply enter your card details on the checkout page. You can then then if you want to store them on Stripe's secure servers for future purchases. Arnua do not keep or save any card information. Payment Plan We are currently developing a payment plan which offers customers the ability to split their order cost into mutliple instalments. More details on this will come in the near future.

What are your delivery times and rates?Shipping Rates: We offer free tracked worldwide shipping on all orders over €100, and free express courier shipping on all orders over €400. You will receive a dispatch notification email with tracking details when your order has been shipped. Delivery Times: Our tracked shipping service operates under the following estimated timeframes: Ireland: 1 – 2 business days, United Kingdom: 2 – 4 business days, Rest of World: 5 - 7 business days. Our express courier shipping service operates under the following estimated timeframes: Ireland: 1 – 2 business days, United Kingdom: 2 – 3 business days, Rest of World: 3 – 4 business days.

Do you accept returns?Yes, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full repair, exchange, or refund. Arrange a return through our Customer Support portal. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty. Personalized jewellery, such as engraved or custom designs, cannot be returned unless faulty. Do you offer a resizing service?Our sizing is exceptionally accurate, and we guarantee the size you choose will be the size you receive. If we get the size wrong, we will resize the piece and refund the shipping costs. If you choose the wrong size, we will resize it for free; you only need to cover the shipping cost. We recommend visiting your local jeweller to measure your finger accurately.
